Get off of the Somerset exit, go through the first stoplight located directly behind McDonald’s. Get in the right hand lane. At the next stop light, turn right onto Center Avenue. Go through four stoplights. Turn left at the next street which is Church Street. Make a right into the parking lot. We are located in the Wheeler Family Medical Center, second floor, Suite 2100.

From Johnstown

Take Route 219 South to the first Somerset exit. At the light, make a left onto North Center Avenue. Drive approximately 3 miles. Turn left onto Church Street. Enter parking lot on right. We are located in the Wheeler Family Medical Center, second floor, Suite 2100.
